Return Policy
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days.
  • 30 Days Returns are accepted for buyer's remorse.
  • Buyer pays return shipping and a 10% restocking fee.
  • Item MUST be returned with ALL original packaging and accessories.
  • Refund will only be given upon inspection of the package.
  • Refund will be issued minus Shipping Cost.
  • Any items that are missing will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • If the item arrives at damaged or defective, please contact us for instructions (make sure you have licensed contractor install the unit, the wrong installation does not consider defective or damaged). Damaged or defective items are not subject to the 10% restocking fee.
Defective Items
  • Contact must be made within 30 days of item delivery date.
  • Items that are sent back as defective but, upon inspection, are found to be in perfect working condition are not considered defective and will be subject to the 10% restocking fee plus minus Shipping Cost.
  • Defective items can be replace with out any charge within 30 days.
  • To prevent such occurrences, customers must call for phone support to troubleshoot with our tech support team. +1-888 886-8778, most of the time it was incorrect installation or calibration.
Damaged Items
  • Contact must be made within three days of delivery for items damaged during shipping.
  • Any contact made after the three-day window is subject to a longer process for the replacement.
  • Please check shipment as soon as it arrives.
  • Damaged items are not subject as Defective and therefor will process with the replacement instead of the refund.
How to return
  • Please contact us to get an RMA number prior shipping back the unit.
  • Send us the tracking number to with your RMA# on the subject
  • Refund will be issued after 3-5 business days after receiving the unit at the warehouse.
